Hotel Chellal Douzoud - Ouzoud

The view of the garden from my clean and fairly quiet room was pleasant. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and worked perfectly. the location was particularly good and amazing - for example, the well-known waterfalls were not too far away from the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this pretty place. I've booked double room with a nice view and everything was great. The breakfast was savoury and there was variety of excellent food. The staff were exceptional, great location in the mountains. What's more, it was just next door to the waterfalls, restaurants and shops all around closeby and the hike...

the location is fantastic, right by the cascades' promenade, nice garden, and the ouzoud falls. i greatly enjoyed my room - clean and cozy with a nice view.

Loved having breakfast on the terrace with beautiful views. The restaurant had yummy local food and a cozy fireplace. Enjoyed the garden and free Wi-Fi.

Just so convenient that there was no parking, had to find my own spot nearby. What a joy!

Fairly clean hotel with favourable and excellent location in Ouzoud just off Marrakech and the centre of Ozoud, right at the beginning of the cascades' promenade. Clean room with a nice view as expected. Savoury breakfast, outstanding food. Excellent stay, as always...

Pleased with this place as a great accommodation option in the area, the staff here are incredibly welcoming, including the owner, and the location in town is superbly central and convenient.

chellal hotel exceeded my expectations. exceptional customer support, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast made my stay memorable. tea and coffee upon arrival was a nice touch. a perfect location near the waterfalls and a beautiful garden added to the charm of this escape from city chaos.

We had a wonderful stay at Chellal in Ouzoud! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and helpfulness. the location of the hotel is superb, just a stone's throw away from the breathtaking waterfalls. There are also plenty of shops and eateries nearby, making it very convenient. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful garden area, which added to the delightful atmosphere. the manager, AbdelGhani, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and helped us arrange local visits and transportation. Hotel Chellal truly felt like a home away from home, making it the highlight of our trip.

Had a great time during New Year's at this hotel. The staff were amazing and made us feel welcomed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the breathtaking waterfalls and there was even a nearby viewing point with friendly monkeys. The hotel offered a fun evening of drumming and singing, adding to the festive atmosphere.

The room lacked air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the windows open, which resulted in noise disturbances. It would have been better to have a quieter and more comfortable environment for a restful stay.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Chellal. The room was spacious and had a beautiful Moroccon bathroom made of stone. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from Cascades D'ouzoud. The staff treated me well, making me feel welcome and serving me tea or coffee as part of their hospitality.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was having a greater variety of options.

The breakfast at Hotel Chellal Ouzoud was delicious and satisfying, especially the freshly pressed orange juice. The owner of the hotel was friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the surrounding area and even arranging a taxi for us. The garden and outdoor seating area were lovely, offering a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by fruit trees. Despite some minor issues, such as the cold dinner and low water pressure in one of the rooms, our overall stay was pleasant.
